Store Policies

We offer several options:

1. Come into the store to purchase during regular working hours Monday to Saturday 9:30am- 5pm

2. Order online and pick up at store 163 First St., Orangeville. Great for people on the run. We will have your order ready to go

3. Free Drop Off-  If you live in Orangeville or within 20 km of the store we will drop off your order FREE on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

4. Shipping outside our drop off zone is a flat fee of $20

* we reserve the right to charge actual shipping cost if shipping exceeds amount charged.

Online payments are handled through Square https://squareup.com/ca/en

We accept Visa and Mastercard

We do not accept returns of bird feed, seed or similar items.

If you have received a product that you feel is defective, please contact to discuss options.

Personal information including name, address, email and phone numbers are collected to faciliate order fullfillment. Information is kept for 24 months.
