Guinea fowl terrine with apples and Calvados terrine: Guinea fowl 34%, pork, apples 12%, onions, Calvados 4% (sulfites), eggs, poultry liver, salt, manioc starch, pork gelatin, pepper, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar. Traditional Duck rillettes: Lean and 96% duck skin (origin France), cooking in fat with carrots, leeks, celery, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, cloves, thyme, bay leaf.  Salt content: 1.2g per 100g. Duck with orange terrine: Meat and fat of pork (France) 32%, chicken liver, onions candied with duck fat, egg, orange liqueur (alcohol, Cognac, natural bitter orange flavor, food colouring : E150a), salt, orange zest 1.2%, wheat flour (gluten), tapioca, gelatin, pepper, ginger, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon.
